MARCUS L. SCHANTZ

ATTORNEY BIOGRAPHY

Marcus L. Schantz was born and raised in Springfield, IL. He served in the United States Army as an enlisted infantryman from 1989-1992. Marcus graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a major in physical anthropology and a minor in microbiology.

Marcus is also a graduate of Northern Illinois University College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as well as being a member of the federal trial bar.

His memberships include: National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences.
